The Windsurfer Classes to be 4.5, 5.8 open and Bic Techno 6.8 and 7.8

(Cadet sailors should enter the East Zone Championships, Mirror sailors should enter the North Zone Championships, All Laser 4.7 sailors should enter the South Zone Championships)
