This coaching will take place with the SE head zone coach and her team throughout the winter. The coaching is open to all level of sailors and will cover different aspects of sailing throughout the six weeks. There will then be a chance to develop and practice these new skills by taking part in the following days racing alongside other boats. Appropriate clothing should be worn throughout and the sailor will need to bring pen and notebook to the classroom sessions.
