The renowned sailing venue of La Rochelle in France is hosting the 50th Anniversary of the 470.
Held prior to the 2013 470 World Championships will be the 470 50 Year Cup on 3 August 2013, which will welcome all 470 sailors whatever their racing level to join in some fun racing and celebrations.
Note: If you are ONLY entering the 50 Year Cup, the entry fee is EUR20 and you should CLICK HERE TO ENTER. If you are entered to other events within the 50th Anniversary, then there is no entry fee for the Anniversary Cup and you should click on the link to the right to enter.
The sailing waters off La Rochelle have hosted many a World and European Championships for a wide range of classes and the venue is highly regarded as an outstanding sailing venue both ashore and on the water.
