Photo finish for Round Sheppey
With a light breeze, albeit with some nice guests, Allen Endurance Round 4 was a long affair, with some boats finishing as the sun set. For line honours it was a photo finish, between Tim Neal and Simon Farren (F18), and Kevin Dutch and David Oakley (Tornado) with the later declared the first past the line after review.

RS400 wins Ullswater Ulltimate
After a second at the penultimate Great British Sailing Challenge qualifier (Bala), Chris Pickles sailing with Matt Sharman went one better to take the inaugural Ullswater Ultimate, the last GBSC qualifier to determine the invited sailors for next months Final in Rutland. The diverse fleet experienced some challenging sailing at times, with gusty winds.

Richard CATCHPOLE and Gary COOP (LLSC) win the Great British Sailing Challenge, with RS400s taking all the podium positions. Day bought more wind around 10 kts with some bigger shorts gusts, in the overcast conditions.
